Lucky Orange hilft definitiv, das Nutzerverhalten zu verstehen und den Onlineshop basierend darauf zu optimieren. Das Dashboard ist übersichtlich. Einzig die begrenzte Anzahl der getrackten Sitzungen pro Monat finde ich ein bisschen ärgerlich.
Es klingt, als hättest du direkt in die Einblicke eintauchen können und Wege gefunden, deine Website zu verbessern. Ich würde gerne hören, wie der direkte Blick auf das Verhalten und die Erfahrungen der Kunden einen so großen Unterschied für deinen Shop machen kann. I have tried Mouseflow, Plerdy, and others and I can honestly say Lucky Orange is, by far, the best. I don't have to take any tutorials or even do anything manually. (But they offer guides if needed and no annoying tool tips popping up on the screen.) Lucky Orange does it all automatically and I can actually read and understand the data and reports. The analytics section alone makes this app a winner over all the others.
