I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier.
So far it's great and certainly helps me see who is looking on site and also what they are looking at...early days of course but so far so good! thank you Lucy Orange x

Very happy with Lucky Orange and well worth the subscription. Fascinating to study user behaviour in order the maximise conversions. Favourite feature is the comprehensive filter functions. You can cut and slice data to drill down to the specific visitors you want to study. Very slick interface and a joy to use.

It's a fantastic app for getting to grips with user behaviour on your website. The heatmap and replay functions are really useful to gauge what you are doing well/could be doing better. As a newbie to Shopify, it has helped me to look back and see what I need to do better in the future.
