This is what I use for checking my site traffic. In fact, I have it on 4 different websites. It works flawlessly and allows me to see a recording of each visit, which is priceless. Another great feature is the heatmaps which shows the areas where visitors click the most and even how far down your pages they scroll. Amazing app and highly recommended!

I've been using Lucky Orange for over a year. It has many useful features and their customer service is prompt and effective. I have recommended it to friends.
This is awesome. It is easy to install and intuitive to use. It gives you granular details about the profiles of viewers on your website - location, device used, operating system etc. which is very useful for segmentation purposes. The replay of browsing behaviour gives valuable feedback about how people are using your website. Definitely worth installing to see what you get and take advantage of the free trial period. You can then decide if you keep on with a subscription. After 1 day's usage I am convinced that it is an essential app to have.
I would recommend this to EVERY shopify store owner. You CANNOT get the same features all packed into one app ANYWHERE. Not to mention you can't get those features for the same price as Luck Orange let alone all packed into one app. If you have any concern or hesitation with using Lucky Orange you shouldnt. Click "Get App" Now! I PROMISE you wont regret it.
It's great and so we use it on 5 sites in total, back up support fantastic too!
All we need now is the mobile app so we don't have to sit behind the desk all day especially with the chat feature.

Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!
