Just downloaded the app for my tapestry and bedding store www.saleela.com. Blown away! The live recording feature is fab!
Great app. So much information. No hassle to install. Totally addictive. Could easily be turned into a computer game betting on your customers to make a purchase. Way too much fun for an awesome analytics tool.
I was looking for a Live visitor App and a friend recommended Lucky Orange.
The App is easy to use and help me to see what i needed to jump start my store. LOVE IT !!!!

LuckyOrange is amazing at helping you to understand what your users / customers are doing on your webstore by showing their interactions, clicks, scrolls and navigation. The Lucky Orange app is a must for every merchant. The customer behaviour feedback is so valuable. Plus it has live chat built in which is what I was originally looking for when I found Lucky Orange.
I had a few problems combining my 2 stores onto the one Lucky Orange account. The support I received from Justin at LO was superb. He went way over and above what I asked him to fix. It is so reassuring when you get service like that. Highly recommend this app.
I never run a site without Luckyorange. You need to know your customer activity to make a crucial decision for your business and Lucky Orange is the tool that you need.
Excellent! I wish I could give this 10 stars! Until now I was a Hotjar user, disappointed with the holes in their software. Lucky Orange resolved the issues I was having. Their system is incredible and offers so many features I didn't even know I was missing. My experience with their support team was top-notch. They answered all of my questions quickly-- I truly appreciate it (thanks Danny!) The customer service alone made up for at least 80% of why I signed up-- it was THAT impeccable!. (I talked to a real guy, not a robot!)
P.S. This software is a steal at $10! Lucky Orange, thanks for putting together such an incredible tool and making it affordable for us small businesses to enjoy.

Such a fabulous app. I can kick myself for waiting for so long to use it. But more than that the customer service is top class. I love also that you can schedule a 1:1 with someone to go through the app if a bit overwhelmed with all the features.
Don't waste time like I did. There is NOTHING better out there.
