Clean and friendly UX design. We can identify the user's behaviour from different resources. Made some changes on our landing page based on the feedback we got from recording sessions. We are going to use it for the second Shopify page with multiple products as well.

It's only my 4th day of using it and I'm loving it already. I highly recommend this app. It helps on figuring out what needs improvement to improve conversion. Seeing live customer activity on your site is awesome enough, but they have more features to it, like the reports and some other cool features. I had help from one of their supports Justin called me on Skype and made sure I was educated about what I can do within the app. Great app, great support! Get it now, this is awesome!
We're currently undergoing a major overhaul on our website and were recommended to install Lucky Orange by our project manager. So far we've been happy with the app and the quick customer service response when we've had a question. In the first 2 weeks Lucky Orange has offered major insight into what was working and what wasn't on our homepage. This is an amazing app for understanding what your customers are doing when they visit the site. The heat-maps are really clear and track your visitors on their actual landing page, even on a mobile device.
Add on the ability to watch your visitors live and trigger a chat message with them, offering them help much like a sales assistant would do in a traditional store is a game-changer.
My only feature request is to add the ability to deal with chat requests via push notification to a mobile device, rather than having to be logged in via a browser. I understand this is coming soon as Lucky Orange are working on a mobile app.
Fantastic software, installed without having to do anything and works incredibly well for a low, low price. 5 stars!
