I have used Lucky orange for a while and also in the past too.. It works, it's simple to use and you can see what your customers have been up too!

Lucky Orange support team was super helpful!!! Loved how they were quick to answer all my questions and even were willing to help me set up my account via zoom calls. They were so accommodating :) The app is great so far, easy to navigate and watch session replays - love that you can speed up the replays and skip inactivity.
