We’ve been using Lucky Orange for a while now, and the insights it provides are incredibly valuable. But what truly sets it apart is the amazing support team, especially Bradly, who went above and beyond to help us upgrade to the new version seamlessly.
Bradly was not only knowledgeable, but also extremely patient and responsive. He walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was optimized perfectly. The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.

We have initiated a full refund for the most recent charge, which is currently being processed by Shopify. Please be aware that Shopify manages the refund timeline, which can take up to 30 days.
