The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the unexpected charge. We have initiated a full refund for the most recent charge, which is currently being processed by Shopify. Please be aware that Shopify manages the refund timeline, which can take up to 30 days. This app was really quick to get integrated to my site, before having the app I used have an idea what customers liked, but after getting this app I was able to see certain products / styles of products that people did not click into much. Heat map also gave good indication on what pages I should focus on improving.
