This app has completely transformed the way I understand my customers' behavior. The Session Recordings and Heatmaps are game-changers—seeing exactly where visitors click and what grabs their attention has helped me identify problem areas I’d never have noticed otherwise.
The pre-built Conversion Funnels are incredibly insightful, showing me exactly where potential customers drop off in the purchase journey. Plus, the Checkout Analytics give me detailed data on customer actions during checkout, helping me reduce cart abandonment rates.

I highly recommend lucky orange, especially for the heat maps feature as it allowed me to see where my customers and clients are clicking on my website. It is very easy to navigate and user friendly.
