The app can be complicated to use but this is purely to keep up with its great feature capabilities, if in doubt a quick email to the support team and they’ll have you sorted, plus a free install of the app on your theme!

I am a few days into using this customization app and have been extremely happy. I have literally tried almost every customization / personalization app and Lumise was the only one that met my needs. I have a text heavy customization product and the text editor in their customizer app is better than anything I have seen. On top of that their support is outstanding available when you need them. Jade in support specifically was able to figure out the problems I was having as well as do some UI customizations over chat! She couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Lastly, the Lumise mobile experience is very, very good. It's the easiest mobile customization product I have used in terms of text editing / transforming and I know my customers will end up checking out rather than giving up.
