The support is great Jade was quick i had a problem with doing the code and jade installed the code for me and the app is easy to use and setup app 5 stars support - 5 stars for the app.Support is Quick and Responsive. Definitely Recommend.

New update 9/11/2020 Was going to close my store and so deleted the app then changed my mind as this app would be a great help for my business,so i re-installed and need help with the code,support was very responsive, hands up to Sarah as she responded quickly and it was all done in about 10 minutes, Support is over the top in response and top app 10/10 for support still definitely Recommend

Extremely simple app with robust customization options. Fantastic for both users and shop owners who are looking for a simple, user-friendly tool. After contacting Andy from customer support, who assisted me along the way and made my job much easier, we will be switching our shop completely soon.

First class support from Helen. I am working on this app on our development website and so far I have been very impressed. I had to hide a few small elements from the front end using css, but on the whole it's been incredibly easy to setup, and has a very intuitive and easy to use front end that I know our customers will love.

This app can meet my needs and the support from lumise team is so greatful and helpful. But it would be better if it can be upgraded regularly

The app and Lumise support is great. I compered Lumise with other solutions on the market and it's the best. I use it for my print on demand store with apparel and defintly will use it for other projects.

Easy to use app Installing was hard but their customer service is great. Agent Andy really helps me set up the application on my website.

The team has helped up get everything set up and the product seems to work good. We are in the testing and getting ready to go live with the app soon.

Jade was a great help, and answered all my questions, the app was not what I was looking for, however if you are looking for a POD design tool, I would highly recommend Lumise.

I love this app. I tried using it a couple of years ago with Wordpress and I had a lot of trouble. Never reached out to support, just gave up. I recently tried it again and the online support agent, Jade offered assistance while I was using the app. She was able to help me understand why I had trouble before and helped me fix the issue. Now I fee confident that this app will work for us and our needs. I can't rave enough about the functionality of the app and their support.
