Lumise ‑ POD Product Designer

Moving over to Lumise from another product customizer. I would definitely recommend using this app. The product customizer is super easy to use on the back end. On the front end it looks really professional and clean. At first I had trouble installing the code onto my shopify theme however I was helped by customer support (Jade) on the spot! Jade was able to install the code for me in a few minutes. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service and quality that Lumise offers!

Lumise is a great app. Highly recommend. Jade from the support team was wonderful. She setup Lumise on my Shopify store and helped me with setting up the products and the customize button. Thank you so much Jade. I appreciate all the help you gave me.

This app works great and the customer service is awesome. I must admit it takes some computer knowledge to get it right, but the app is a very useful tool.

This is a great app and i find it worked very well with my DIY website. Customer service is excellent and you get feed back within few minutes. Great app and great services.

Using Lumise to customize products.. support is super helpful and fast!! Only thing on my wish list is the ability to apply coupon codes.

Very Customizable. Creating your own mask images in photoshop should be information they could add in a support page, but I have used for 3 years and they meet my needs the best as a DTG/DTF print on demand business.

This is the best app for designing custom products. The interface is great. The customer service team is great. There have been issues with this app but they are great to help me out.

NASHVILLE MAGNETS

So far so good.
We are a few days into the trial period and all of our questions have been answered in a timely manner. There is a learning curve but looks to be a friendly app to work with.
We will update as we move forward.
