Lumise ‑ POD Product Designer

Too many Bugs, and the worst bug is the customer service, shall we do the debug for Lumise ? I can, but they read without reply make me wanna quit it and leave the 1 star rating. Recently they still sent the mail to us and ask for give them a chance ,what's going on ? Why you don't reply us your app full of bugs at beginning ? I had reply you not to bother us any more, but you still send the mail to us ... , I had resend you mail to shopify , they will told you not to do it .

Lumise POD has met all of our requirements for creating custom options for our customers. The support has been excellent, Jade was able to tweak our designer options and pointed me in the right direction for how to learn how to make changes. I learned a lot just in the short time Jade was helping me!

Product is OK but missing a lot of serious features.

1.The cart does not go through Shopify so can't do any discount codes.
2. The cart does not work with other products in your Shopify store so if someone adds a product in Lumise they won't be able to add it another product that's not Lumise based. Very confusing for the customer
3. The print files are saved on Lumise's servers and there's no way to download the files without going through their servers. For customers that already have a whole fulfillment system set up, this is very problematic. We would want the production images to be saved on the Shopify servers or even emailed to us.

Would love to try Lumise again in a few months once the above is fixed and change my review to 5 stars. Right now it's missing too many features to be reliably used.

We are still exploring the possibilities of offering item personalization for our customers. Great support and very neat UI.

It's really a cool app, perfect for print on demand business. And hope they can fix some small bug to make it better. Thank you for the great contribution to the print on demand industry. And apologize for the rude before.
