I love the app...many features to use. Most of all the people at Lumise are always helpful. Helen and Jade have been great. Jade just setup all my Lumise products with a customize button only. Thank you Jade!!!!

Great Support and Great App! I was not aware of the app feature very well. but they trained me amazingly with details.
I've tried many apps on Shopify but this one is really reliable and easy to use with strong features.

This app works great and the customer service is awesome. I must admit it takes some computer knowledge to get it right, but the app is a very useful tool.

Lumise is without a doubt the best product customiser in the world. Many of the features cannot be found in other customisers. An entire business can be created by simply using Lumise. My big disappointment is Shopify not allowing Lumise to have an Image upload resource or show a preview of the customised product. Note to Shopify: Please enable this! Best part about Lumise is the support. Every program has its limitations but works well as intended.

Very Customizable. Creating your own mask images in photoshop should be information they could add in a support page, but I have used for 3 years and they meet my needs the best as a DTG/DTF print on demand business.

I believe i gave a great feedback before. but coming back here means a recommendation. their customer service won't let you donw like seriously!
