Avada Appointments Booking

I recently started using Avada Appointments Booking for my store, and beyond the app's excellent features, I want to highlight the exceptional support I received.

A special thanks goes to Zim, who personally guided me through the various setup stages. He was incredibly patient with all my requests—even the most trivial ones—and always responded promptly, courteously, and effectively. It is rare to find support that is so helpful and attentive to customer needs; his assistance was crucial in getting everything running perfectly.

Avada Appointments has been easy to navigate and for the sticky points, the help from Avery was amazing! Avery has been a wonderful support. So patient and prompt. And the follow up on requested features has been great too!

The app itself has everything I need FOR FREE, that other apps would charge a premium tier for.
I can create bundles and packages, reschedule appointments and the clients have control over this too. As well as being able to customise the branding on the emails.
Considering all these features are free to use with the app and that the app is still in the early stages, I hope this doesn't change. As a small business, subscription fees can eat in to margins very quickly and it becomes difficult to scale between offering a booking system that takes the load off and spending more for other features that aren't needed. This app fills that gap.

Not only is this app, simple, easy, and robust, the staff in the live chat are prompt, professional, kind and efficient. It took literally less than five minutes to set up my bookings! Best booking software I have dealt with so far in my 11 years as a tutor. Olivia helped me set up the features and she was very fast and kind.
