We needed help with fulfillment for a special project and we are so happy we chose Shiphero. Bela was a daily hero responding to every question I had with such detail and explanation. She made the transition super easy. I definitely recommend Shiphero.

ShipHero team is always so responsive and helpful. Their system is very user friendly and you can always count on great communication and complete transparency about any questions that arise. Great partner for businesses and top notch service! Update: I had Bela assist me yesterday to complete my on-boarding process. Bela’s assistance was outstanding!!! As a new business and client, I needed help having all relevant features set up from my Shopify store to ShipHero’s system, and she was so friendly, courteous and understanding in walking me through all the steps of the process and answering all my questions. She did it all with so much professionalism and patience and went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the system. Really impressive service! I really appreciate it. ShipHero is an excellent partner for any e-commerce business. Update: ShipHero team continues to be very responsive and helpful with all issues that have come with the Start-up process. There are a lot of little details to learn about the App and order fulfillment process but they are a valuable partner to count on for support. Just had an issue (that ended up not being an actual problem) with an Export order and Kelsey was very helpful with her prompt support and helping me track it through the system.

ShipHero is a great service. I honestly had a sync problem with their software when they first received my inventory, which caused a few orders that were already fulfilled in my store to be shipped by them again.
But I have to say that their support was quick and very attentive helping me solve this issue. They are available through direct intercom chat during all traditional working hours, and they go above and beyond to make sure they are addressing all your issues properly.
The logistics part is also excellent. They ship your orders quickly (most of the time on the same day) and I had no issue with a single shipment from them. So congrats on that area as well.
If you want my constructive feedback, I would say you should make your dashboard software more clear. Sometimes it is hard to understand exactly how many units you have on hand in the warehouse. Also, you could implement a ton of other features like a more detailed 'out of stock prevision' and many other useful features. Anyways, that's just my opinion.
Again, shoutout to the customer service girls, you were awesome 100% of the time, this really makes all the difference.
Been working with ShipHero for a few months now and have had no issues - really enjoying the process so far! Communicative and very helpful; I have no complaints! :)
My only request is that they ship out on weekends, but things work for my needs right now.
After checking quite a few fulfillment options we went with Shiphero and I couldn't be happier. Platform updates good with Shopify and they have been VERY helpful with every issue I have had and the details from my business. I would recommend 100%.
They also have very competitive prices if compared with other fulfilment centers.
