Partner requirements

Before applying to join Lyst, please ensure that your online store complies with the following to increase your chances of acceptance:

1. Merchants must be able to fulfil orders within the US or UK.
2. We are currently only able to accept English language stores.
3. Merchants must hold an inventory of 100 or more products.
4. Merchants must be able to accept Credit and Debit cards as payment methods at checkout.
5. Merchants must use Shopify Checkout.
6. Merchants must be an authorised seller of the brands in their catalogue.
7. Merchants should carry men's and/or women's apparel or accessories. Lyst does not feature childrens wear, home, or beauty.
8. Merchants’ stores must be live at time of applying to be considered.
9. We are currently unable to accept applications from resale, pre-owned or consignment stores.
10. Unfortunately, sole trader applicants are not considered.
11. Partners are responsible for a proficient level of customer service.

What happens once I have submitted my application?

Your application to join Lyst will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome - please allow up to 3 weeks for this process.

What to expect as an approved partner on Lyst

Lyst charges commission on sales before returns. Commission is charged on the item amount only.  You are not charged commission on shipping costs (or any US sales tax, or other local, state or federal tax that you are obligated to collect on the order within the US).
