M2E Multichannel Connect

We used M2e many years ago with a Magento web store and they were fantastic.. but then moved to a system that had it's own market places setup so said good bye to our favourite partner... Years go by and we decided to change to shopify mid 2025 and of course needed a App to help with the market place connections and to our excitement we found M2E again :).. and yes there are some free apps and also some more expensive ones out there, the move back was never in question.. It's just such a pleasure to work with the Team at M2E again and connecting everything up was a breeze.. as we have started to learn the system and the way things are managed any questions have been answered and the system features are updated at a fantastic rate to improve things even more.. It will take a bit of learning but help is always available.. If you want to work with a company who listens to what you need and can help in that pursuit of more sales, then look no further.

Anastasia was great to work with. She kept me updated and continued to monitor things to make sure everything was running smoothly after the change. She as very informative and took care of everything we needed to complete this change.

After first installation, it did not 100% work with our fulfilment setup, but the support team helped us overcome all issues and the integration works now very well for us. We will continue to use the App and this will help us to grow the business.

The app is amazing because it enabled me to do the following with lightning speed:
1. Connect my 40k products to amazon asisns and list dem via GTIN and EAN codes
2. Increase my sales via amazon by about 30% by connecting the marketplace in lightining speed.
3. Real time updates for prices and quantities
4. Dynamic filtering options allowing me to view amazon marketplace issues for certain product groups.

Their support has been stellar as they even added a new upload feature within 48 hours which I required to further segment my catalogue.

I can only recommend this app to everyone looking to integrate AMZ.
