Thanks for your feedback and I regret the negative review. We are a startup and literally on the precipice of deploying our third iteration. Our goal has always been to be in the best possible standing by the end of the summer to have an impeccable site for the selling season.

We are in beta, and with a small startup team juggling resources and putting our life savings into scaling this solution at no cost to small businesses, I have to be honest, your review hurt.

What avenue did you go down to reach out for support? I am shocked you did not receive a response. If it was through TAWK, it was likely missed in the email stream and not forwarded on to me to address.

As for the default city issue - this will be rectified in our 3rd deployment.

We are trying to do a lot and make an impactful marketplace for the Fall that we can pour marketing dollars into (at this point it doesn't make sense to market). We only launched 8 months ago. To do everything we want to do we require feedback and iterations, but most importantly the support and patience of small businesses who see the opportunity ahead.

We would appreciate having you on the site so you can provide this valuable feedback. We promise by the summer time and even after this next version launch you will see significant progress. Why else would we make this for free and put our heart and souls into it? for bad reviews lol, no, we have goals here and want nothing more than to grow with you.

Hey - thanks for your candid feedback! We are a startup, so we are dealing with some growing pains as we continue development. Our goal is the perfect product by September 2021 so we can accelerate growth and market all the amazing local businesses for fall selling season.

I saw your initial review as well, highlighting 3 of the big problems you faced. We adjusted the city search on the main page, so you should be able to manually input this, if you do not let us use the current location. I agree with your feedback for making the city selection more noticeable so if a shopper doesn't input the city or allow us to use the current location, that they can clearly see where to make this adjustment from the default.

For the website assuming IP address to Boston vs. Sommerville, I will look into this - this is through Google's system and will likely have a solution for us.
