Worst customer service ever. Installed two weeks ago, followed recommendations and was just hit with a massive bill. When I contacted them the response was this: 'so not a lot we can do here as it was used for promoting on meta' which firstly doesn't even make sense, and secondly not helpful AT all. DO not use this app, you have been warned.
The worst marketing agency that we have ever worked with. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and did not show any progress. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and didn't show any progress. They didn't explain their strategies to us and didn't provide weekly reports as promised. We didn't expect to see a 10x ROAS in the first or second month, but we did expect to see some signs of progress and winners. They would turn ads on and off based on their personal beliefs, not on data. We have to give them credit for covering up their teammates' mistakes through lies and deceit. We signed up for Madgicx because of their positive online reviews of their software, but we couldn't comment on it since the media buyers were incapable of applying it to our ads. Honestly, the worst experience of software I've ever had
Honestly, don't know where to start with Madgicx. It got down to the only feature I'd ever use was the audience launcher (which you can in FB.) All the other tools either didn't work or worked one day and then didnt work the next. I posted my experience in a forum after getting no support. The CEo Yahav contacts me the next day prentending that he just 'dropped in for a courtesy call.) Long story short he gives me a 'one off' deal. Here is his email: Hey Tom, So here's my killer offer: 70% OFF the Annual Plan (Which is already discounted 20% OFF) for the $25k/mo madigcx plan. It will sum up to: 1090,8 per year this is less than $91 per month instead of $379. + you'll get 4 weekly 1hr sessions with me during the first month with the goal of teaching you how to use and master Madgicx so that it makes your ad account more profitable. The ultimate goal is that madgicx will either make you more money or save you more money and will def save you time managing your ad account. Terms:

From that point on I never heard from Yahav. I got 1 session, not 4 and he's skype me saying are you available and then he'd disappear. It was like being trolled by a teenager, ridiculous time-waster. So I never got my sessions and stuck to thinking I've got an audience launching piece of software. Then. I got to my billing and they had taken $4k over 4 months!! I contacted support who never got back to me until finally Dor (another Yahav type, promises the world and then disappears) gave me another deal, offering my half my money back, the rest in credit and some cloud tracking service. Wow, that took another 3 weeks and then the games began, long story short again every single function of MX is now broken. No one is getting back to me, "please send LOOM" "Please screen shot". It would take me days to do all this, the entire programme doesn't work. Their Cloud Tracking service won't even load their sub domain, just get the spinning wheel of death and then you get this finally from 'support' saying "all seems to be working at our end " Now I'm locked in a battle trying to get my $4k back and stuck with the only point of contact in support who talks like a teenage influencer. Madgicx are a group of ever changing young gameplayers who flit on and off calls making wild offers and then never delivering. They'll offer you 'reporting' software for free which made my browser flash like I had loaded a 90's trojan on a windows machine. It was trying to load data and got stuck in this ridiculous loop of never loading. Just awful, expensive, imcompetent, childish game playing little internet people. I'm on an M2 macbook pro 2022 and I've been in computing since 1989. Date of experience: 19 October 2022

A HUGE SCAM !!
First of all, do not download the Shopify App because it's useless and you can just use the platform without shopify, as it does not integrate with Shopify or even pull the products. and their own team said this app is useless for Shopify..
Now for the platform itself:
I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Madgicx, a platform that I had high hopes for, but that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises.
From the outset, I was met with a series of technical issues that severely hindered my ability to use the platform effectively. Despite my best efforts to work with the Madgicx support team to resolve these issues, I was met with a lack of urgency and a seeming inability to provide effective solutions.
The first issue I encountered was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing significant disruption to my business operations.
Furthermore, the platform failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook. This is a significant limitation that was not made clear to me when I signed up for the service.
The most frustrating part of my experience, however, was the lack of effective customer support. Despite numerous interactions with the support team, I was left feeling unheard and unimportant. My concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective manner, and I was often left waiting for days for a response.
In the end, I requested a full refund due to the platform's inability to meet my needs and the significant disruption it caused to my business. However, this request was denied, with the blame being placed on me for the platform's shortcomings.
In conclusion, my experience with Madgicx was deeply disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on its promises, and customer support was inadequate. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to think twice. There are other platforms out there that offer better functionality and superior customer support. Save your time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere.

Regarding our integration with Shopify, we do have a direct integration for our Marketing Analytics product, named One-Click Report. With this, you can create custom reports and view them on desktop, mobile, or share them with colleagues. The issues you experienced with the Google connection are something we are aware of. It's not exactly a bug but a UX issue, which we have on our roadmap to resolve.
