Madgicx for Facebook Ads

I have been using Madgicx for a year now, and it's an amazing platform. It has greatly simplified the management of my Facebook ad accounts, providing me with clear insights and useful suggestions through its AI marketer tools. Additionally, they assigned Nico van Rensburg as my success manager at no extra cost, to help me in optimizing the ad accounts I manage. Nico is an amazing guy, always available to assist with even the most important issues. But most important after starting to work with him, my accounts have seen a significant improvement in performance. Great software with outstanding support, thumbs up!

We have been working with Madgicx for over 3 months now and we've absolutely fallen in love with the service. From the in-depth analysis of our ad campaigns, campaign creation, and our account review from Manna, we have seen our META campaign go from the back burner, to one of our best traffic and sales drivers.

The worst marketing agency that we have ever worked with. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and did not show any progress. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and didn't show any progress. They didn't explain their strategies to us and didn't provide weekly reports as promised. We didn't expect to see a 10x ROAS in the first or second month, but we did expect to see some signs of progress and winners. They would turn ads on and off based on their personal beliefs, not on data. We have to give them credit for covering up their teammates' mistakes through lies and deceit. We signed up for Madgicx because of their positive online reviews of their software, but we couldn't comment on it since the media buyers were incapable of applying it to our ads. Worst customer service ever. Installed two weeks ago, followed recommendations and was just hit with a massive bill. When I contacted them the response was this: 'so not a lot we can do here as it was used for promoting on meta' which firstly doesn't even make sense, and secondly not helpful AT all. DO not use this app, you have been warned.
