well - i WOULD not recommend paying 1 year in advance massive ROOKIE mistake on my part - the app has been constantly broken for months at a time. customer service is slow - remedies take months and need constant chasing all of the time and as a current customer who paid 1 year in advance i have not been offered any of the services shown above

the navigation has worked probably 3 months out of 12
the products descriptions and variants were not visible for 1 month before i noticed
the push navigations are such a faff to schedule its 32 clicks to get one scheduled
the list goes on

The Magenative team have been incredibly supportive to help build our mobile app from end to end. Furthermore, when we asked them to pause our subscription while we revamp our website, they did so without any issue at all.
