We are using MageNative's mobile app builder service brought via the Shopify App Store and have had a mixed experience with them.

We would rate it 3.5 to the tops!

Pros:
1. MageNative earns good scores for their customization support.
2. Themes are visually appealing
3. RTL (Right-to-Left) support for Arabic, which is an important aspect for our business.
4. The backend to manage the theme's blocks /components are user-friendly.
5. MageNative handles all the initial setup work; unlike other mobile app builders on the Shopify App Store that either leave you on your own or just offer a demo, this is a big plus.

Cons:
We, sadly, have experienced some frustrations and challenges primarily coming from
1. Delayed responses and submissions
2. Partial / unsuccessful testing of fixes and adaptations.
3. They lose out on pre-integration of Shopify's native apps like Forms, etc. 4. Limitations to integrate certain Apps that works well on the Shopify Online Channel. This is where the experience deteriorates, where on Shopify you can simply install/uninstall any app but not being sure this can be mirrored on the MageNative mobile app.

Conclusion:
They are very polite in communication with a 'Yes' attitude. But, they really need to work on streamlining their scope delivery and a structured UAT process.

For Customers: Go with them, they're good!

For MageNative: Learn from feedback/reviews and improvise constantly. This is a highly competitive marketplace of apps and features.

Working with the team to develop my first app for my online boutique so far the process has been pretty smooth and they have been very attentive to helping me get the app up and running. Only hiccup is timing because they are working while I am sleeping:)

I used this app to make a mobile application, both on iOS and Android, for my Shopify store. Very nice application aesthetically and does all the things you want. If you need special feature, the great team at Mage native will help with that. Only thing I wish was better is the teams communication and being more responsive to small changes

We were able to recreate our shopify store into an app using the help of Magenative mobile app at an affordable price. We had also requested for some customization of some graphics and the Magenative team was helpful in fulfilling them. I'd recommend Magenative to anyone who would like to have an app version of their shopify store at a very reasonable price

I used this app to make a mobile app for my store. The developers are helpful and are willing to do my requests. They also work fast and provide any information when needed. The only thing I would ask them to improve are the prices. It should be written out clearly on a price list indicating what service is how much. So that you are not suddenly surprised by the bill. Overall good app!
