The app is nice and has basic functions. There are not many customization options, but Hana from support was great and helped me a lot in customizing the app to my needs.
I wish the app would have more customizations, and an option to do them myself.

This is a great Insta feed app. I installed it about 3 weeks ago, needed a bit of suport to get it working properly with my theme and support was great, quick and good advice, which meant that the feed was up up and running 100% in no time. The developer also seems to add additional features regularly, which is great too, I love apps that are developed and maintained actively. 5 Stars from me and keep up the good work.

It works as intended. Excellent app. I had a small issue as I did not know how to link my instagram content with my Theme. I spoke to Juliana on the chat and she was super helpful.
After working through it with Juliana, I found out that the issue was it was a simple fix, Copy and Paste the Feed ID into the MagePlaza block. It works!!

Great, I searched a lot for apps, only this one satisfied me, it can display up to 50 ins posts which is enough for me, and it is completely free!!! There are many things I don't understand when using it, and its support staff gave me a lot of help.

The app was easy to add to my client's Shopify website. But most importantly, when I had questions, the support person was very responsive and gave me detailed instructions to fix my problem. Within a few minutes, it was up and running exactly how I wanted.

worst, after setup my instagram account, it shows product page not found.

I wanted to reach out one more time regarding the “Product Page Not Found” issue you experienced. First of all, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. That is certainly not the experience we want merchants to have when trying our app.
Over the past few days, our team has been actively reviewing this situation. We’ve tested the connection process across several stores and themes but haven’t been able to reproduce the same error on our side. Because of that, we suspect the issue may be related to a store-specific setup or a temporary Instagram API behavior, which is why direct checking on the store would help us identify the cause.
We completely understand that you may have decided to move on, and we respect that. However, if you’re ever open to giving the app another chance - even just briefly - we would gladly investigate the issue for you and handle everything from our side to make the process as easy as possible.
