Good app but poor backend. Can not chat with support, every-time I send a message the app crashes. I'm trying to use the same badge to products on sale and I can not fid the badge to apply in newer products. Needs improvement.

Probably one of the best free badge apps out there. Went through a few and this one has good UI. The support is really good too. They got back to me really quick.

This is a terrible app that basically washed away the name of all the products and the prices from our entire shop. this happened to use before Black Friday weekend and we didnt notice it. Unfortunately we probably lost a lot of sales because of this issue. Beware of free apps, we learned the hard way....

Deleted our product tags for filtering at collection pages. Contacted support and they solved right away though!

I wasn't able to do what I needed with this app, but the in-app Live Chat was ACTUALLY LIVE. Juan responded right away and helped answer all my questions. So far the best badge apps out there, the badges look good and scale properly. If they add the feature of having more than 1 badge on a product I will definitely be a customer.
The app is easy to use than I thought and their customer care are very fast. Thanks for your support.
Free plan is non-existent. You can only add labels to 10 product 1 label each. Even basic plan does not offer basic features. There are other apps with better pricing. UI is alright, support is responsive.
Have not been able to get this app to work at all. It looks almost as if the dashboard itself is half cut off. Reached out for help a few times & was ignored. It's a shame because I was really excited about this & planning to upgrade to the paid plan. Glad I didn't.

difficult to use, totally useless. banners do not even appear on product pages. do not waste your time
