I had issues with their product as soon as I added it to my cart on my store. I reached out to their support multiple times and even requested a refund, but no one responded. Honestly, it feels no different than a scam.

Terrible experience. Slow communication, and they make constant promises they can't keep without following up with constant back and forth. They charge more for their soaps than what their app advertises, and when I inquired I received no response. In addition the quality of the packaging is laughable the package art made to their specifications runs on top of other font. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this product, and Shopify should be ashamed to have them on this platform.
