trying it out, so far easy to use! Hoping to scale my brand. Would love to get free samples though.
Happy we built an app you like! Honestly ... free samples would mean we have to ship very (tiny) product which we aren't thrilled about. For a few dollars we think it's better if you get the entire soap bar with the custom packaging on the sample! It's bigger + replicates the exact product your customers receive! Terrible experience. Slow communication, and they make constant promises they can't keep without following up with constant back and forth. They charge more for their soaps than what their app advertises, and when I inquired I received no response. In addition the quality of the packaging is laughable the package art made to their specifications runs on top of other font. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this product, and Shopify should be ashamed to have them on this platform.
quick easy and efficient, customer service is good, and I have tried the products and they smell great and feel good on your skin
