App really adds all the functionality I need for photo zoom and 360 Spin. Although i wish there was a way to change the look/text of "360". Customer service is amazing as well!

Most flexible product image tool on Shopify! You get to download the app and test it out for yourself on mobile and desktop. There is a logo on the top of the image until you purchase the product. When compared to other offerings this is by far the best and most flexible. Very easy to customize the settings to my liking.
My only recommendation to Magic Zoom is to add a feature that would allow mobile users to "pinch zoom" on the photo.

Had some issues in the beginning but after about a month they were able to fix it.

Contacted by Jake, a second rep from their customer service department, a couple weeks after canceling and was very pleased with his help. He installed the app for us and customized it as well. He was quick to respond, followed-up with each email, and was very thorough. Much better customer service than the first rep. Very pleased with the app now.

Unfortunately, not the best experience for us. We've never left a negative rating before, however, we paid for the upgrade and have had nothing but problems. Tried contacting the support team, received an automatic reply email stating the response time was "52 hours" - not the greatest customer service.
We want to add videos to our product pages easily, and this app exactly does that. Very good customer service so far. Thank you.
Update: A lot of overlaying on mobile and looks really bad for customers shopping when title is covered with image. Had to remove the app from my store so customers could shop mobile.
Easy to install and try out and when I had an issue Igor fixed it within a few minutes. Just purchased license as the app is exactly what I needed. Thank you

This is an amazing app that does exactly what it says it does and what I expected and needed it to do. It was very simple to setup and the one forever fee makes this app very worth it since coding yourself is complicated and needs to be redone when updating your theme. Basically this is a plug and play app that can be used again and again.
The 360 degree view looks great on our site. It took a little help to get the connection to Sirv.com to sync up due to my misunderstanding of how it worked, but the support was great! The team responded quickly and hopped on the issue right away volunteering to fix it without me having to figure out any instructions they gave me, just taking care of it for me! The app enhance my theme and was the solution to making really professional. Absolutely the best. By far the most professional app on Shopify app store. I wish I could give this app ten stars.
1. Support - Igor and the support team are world class. They installed the app for me and its works perfectly. My online store needed fine tuning - See personal story below - Magic Zoom Plus support team took care of it, they fixed the problem for me in 5 minutes.
2. Boost Sales - 80% of online shopping is done on mobile (phone and tablet). If customers can't see clearly on their small screens, no matter what your products and prices are, they'll abounded carts. The worst thing that can happen to your online store, is losing sales because images are too small.
3. Website upgrade - once you install Magic Zoom Plus, your online store looks like a million dollars. Now you can charge higher prices and you are leveling the playing field with Amazon (zoom, thumbnail, video, 360 spin).
4. Save money - instead of working with a few Shopify experts (between $50 to $70 a pop) and/or paying monthly fee for an app (between $5 and $8 a month), with Magic Zoom Plus you get all the features at a one time very low price. Trust me, I've been burned before, see personal story below.
5. You got nothing to lose - I hate paying for apps, but I saw the free trial offer so I decided to give it a shot. I tried Magic Zoom Plus for the weekend, and I bought it first thing Monday morning. So many compliments from my regular customers I couldn't resist.
6) Personal story - sad but true - I posted a job on Shopify market place for a visual effect feature (zoom on product). I paid $50 and the magnification glass was terrible, the image kept jumping all over the place once you hoover the mouse on the product and it magnified too big so you can't see clearly, on top of everything it didn't work on mobile. I added $30 to upgrade it and then the Shopify expert I hired (a 5 stars rating big company from India) informed me that it works only on desktop (good luck getting refund, by the way). I was so frustrated, I called Shopify and they suggested this app. Thank god I discovered Magic Zoom Plus. I wish I knew about this app two month earlier.

I installed this app to show off my products using the 360 spin function. I had a couple of glitches with the software conflicting with other apps, but on both occasions I sent one email to the Magic Zoom Plus team, and within the hour they had logged into my store, resolved the issue, and I was good to go! They really are MAGIC and I would recommend 100%

Just a reminder for all Shopify customers: You must click the 'Restore files' button before deleting the app. If you delete the app without restoring the files, your product page will look broken.
To fix that, you should install the app again, click Restore Files, then delete the app.
I love this app so much. Enough to come here without prompting and leave a review. I love how it's a one-time fee in a place where most apps charge monthly that aren't even worth it. The price is tiny compared to what you are getting. I downloaded this app. It is designed beautifully and works incredibly well. But I wanted to delete it because I wasn't ready to pay for it. I restored before removing the app as they said I should and my product page was still broken. I contacted them and Igor responded to me within a minute. He then fixed my Issue within less than 2 minutes. I am now a proud customer of Magic Zoom Plus. By the way, I am out of the country so it is probably the middle of the night for them.

I think the biggest surprise with Magic Zoom Plus was how much they care about their customers, which is unusual with app companies on shopify. Their software was working great but I reached out to the team to help adjust it to my theme, I was amazed at how much they tried to help me.
At one point, I was like 'wait are you the owner of my website or..' because to be quite honest I felt like they cared about my business more than I cared about my business.
With shopify, you need partners that you can rely on, partners that are with you on board. Magic Zoom Plus is a big, big game changer because of this.
don't get the app if you ever uninstall. it will ruin your shop product images, and they will not show anymore.
We replied to this user within a minutes of their message. We tried our absolute hardest to help them but they wouldn't reply - not even by Facebook or phone. If you're still there MyMixHouse, we provide free, fast support and we'd really love to help you.
I tried the app to see how it fixes the problem with zooming product images. When i unistalled it, product images are no longer visible. Instead, there is some sort of code saying something like "missing snippets..". Not good. So it means I should keep using the app or my products otherwise won't be seen at all?

Installed the app. Completely jammed up my website. Removed the app but it doesn't went away. Keeps jamming my site. Tried to remove the code that Magic Zoom Plus. Removed the code and now I get image liquid code errors.
EDIT: From 1 to 3 Stars for the quick response (less than 24 hours) to fix the issue.
This product has worked awesome for us! It is a snap to install and began working immediately! We have had no problems or issues with it and it makes a very professional website impression!
Truly amazing app.
The function is really good and there are tons of features that are adjustable: zoom is amazing, image pass on hover, delay on image switch, and more.
The code itself is perfect and there are no bugs, slow loads or errors.

Amazing app, worth every penny. Don't forget to purchase Magic Scroll along with it (you get a coupon code after you purchase magic zoom), that was my mistake then I had to go back and pay full price. Highly customizable app, so many different options to help get the right look and feel you want for your customers. If you're stuck on anything, the support staff will get it done for you. Magic Zoom Plus is a great product that works well on mobile, tablet & desktop.
We had one minor technical issue after the integration work was completed. Unfortunately, it took the team at Magic Zoom a while to resolve hence the reason for the 3 star review.
Other than that, highly recommended.

This users theme didn't support Magic Zoom Plus. Instead of clicking the big red "Restore files" files button, they deleted the app and wouldn't let us help them. We could have resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes but they weren't interested. If you're still there Waterbot, we provide free, fast support and we'd really love to help you.
This is fantastic app. I was looking at developing product zoom and enlargement using lightbox technology, but would be costly and time consuming. Then I found Magic Zoom which does a much better job. I use a right side hover-zoom with HD images, and click to enlarge pop-up screen - simply put it gives my customers a fantastic experience. If you are looking for something simple, fast, and fixed price, this is it.
Excellent support! Excellent app! I'm using this app in conjunction with the sirv file storage system which allows you to put interactive spins on your product page. I definitely recommend this to anyone selling expensive items and who wants to step up their game.
