Installed the app and it looked perfect for about 2 minutes and then proceeded to completely change my product page layout. Also the zoom switched itself to magnifier and stopped working when you hover over an image. You have to click a magnifier icon, which opens a second preview image beside the main image and the hover to zoom doesn't work--the image is only enlarged by around 10% larger. Also doees not zoom any image except for the main one. Went into settings and tweaked a few things that shoud've fixed it, but it's still not functioning properly. There's no reason why a zoom tool should be changing the layout of product pages! Uninstalled it and restored files... thankfully it didn't permanently alter anything like it did for other users. I contacted customer support and didn't receive a reply until I actually uninstalled the app.
We're really sorry your product page layout changed. The app uses a gallery layout, with thumbnails, so if your page uses a grid layout, then it'll change. You can disable the app then ask our team to customise it the way you'd like it to be. Our reply was slower than usual as it was a Sunday when you emailed us but we'd love to hear from you again and configure the app to your exact needs.
Update: A lot of overlaying on mobile and looks really bad for customers shopping when title is covered with image. Had to remove the app from my store so customers could shop mobile.
Easy to install and try out and when I had an issue Igor fixed it within a few minutes. Just purchased license as the app is exactly what I needed. Thank you
