Excellent app, easy to configure (so many options!) & great support too. If you're after something to really enhance your customer experience, then this is a must have.

The app is just what we were looking for. We had some minor issues with our theme and this app but the support fixed very quick and was very kind. 5 Stars and thumb up!

I really like the app, I had an issue but they resolved quickly, Thank you Jake! it does the job tremendously but there was one problem, the red print showing on the website but now All has been fixed now! I would definitely recommend this!

This is an amazing app that does exactly what it says it does and what I expected and needed it to do. It was very simple to setup and the one forever fee makes this app very worth it since coding yourself is complicated and needs to be redone when updating your theme. Basically this is a plug and play app that can be used again and again.

Easy to install, and a beautiful solution to our needing a zoom feature on our website. I loved that we could test it out first, and that it's a one-time purchase rather than a monthly subscription model. Contacted by Jake, a second rep from their customer service department, a couple weeks after canceling and was very pleased with his help. He installed the app for us and customized it as well. He was quick to respond, followed-up with each email, and was very thorough. Much better customer service than the first rep. Very pleased with the app now.

Unfortunately, not the best experience for us. We've never left a negative rating before, however, we paid for the upgrade and have had nothing but problems. Tried contacting the support team, received an automatic reply email stating the response time was "52 hours" - not the greatest customer service.

This is a very good app! Has quiet a few customization options to fine tune it per your requirements. Once the images for a product load up, the zoom in feature works very well on mouse scroll over. If you are into selling products which are bound to cause customer queries on details, invest in this and save your effort.

Magic Zoom Plus is a great product that works well on mobile, tablet & desktop.

We had one minor technical issue after the integration work was completed. Unfortunately, it took the team at Magic Zoom a while to resolve hence the reason for the 3 star review.

Other than that, highly recommended.
