So happy with this app! Nicely formatted and easy to use on front end. Back end very straightforward to modify. Support is very responsive, courteous and helpful--especially with further customization. They get it!
I needed to engage my customers with specific questions at the time of purchase and this app did exactly what I needed it to do. They even recommended a complimentary app to export the reports.

Super helpful app which is easy to setup and in cases something does not work an absolutely great customer service!
I added this app to my store today and had it integrated in my shop easily and quickly and almost just as quick had it set up exactly how i needed it on my product listings with the different selections i needed on some of my products. very happy with how easy and simple it all was to set up.
