Magical Order Form Fields

Fantastic app for our products that require custom fields. This has helped us make countless schools happy by being able to put "teacher name", "student name" , "grade" etc..

Developer is quick to respond with assistance and always helpful.

Whenever I need help someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. They have been able to understand exactly what my needs are. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone that might be as technically challenged as me.

This app is good! I do wish there was a little more logic possible, especially with fields from the order that are managed outside the app (in my example I wanted to make certain form fields required depending on ship method), but within the scope of what it promises, this app does what it says it'll do.

The support was very speedy and professional as well!

I am uninstalling it because my need for it got omitted from my current project, but if I have a need for it again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.
