Just installed and so far we are very happy with the app! Had a slight issue due to using an old theme, but they answered my email almost immediately and had everything resolved right away!
I was so happy to find this app! John & Jeff were very quick to help us implement a fee that we needed on our website. They offered to implement it for us and got it all done in under an hour. Very quick and helpful service.
Amazing Customer service from Scott App reccomended. After setting me up and checking all the app worked very well but had a comflict with another volume discount app.
The best product support I've ever had! Emails felt like instant messages with how quickly they replied. There are a few features I'd like to see added mainly percentage-based fees and POS support, but for now, the app does what it's supposed to do very well.
Their percentage based fees are only for Shopify Plus stores and the fees are mandatory instead of optional. Truly a useless app.

Great app! I am a start up company so it is wonderful that the app does not charge initial high costs. I highly recommend this app. My website offers products for a rental subscription fee. This is the only app that is able to charge one time fees like deposits. I tried 50 different apps and this is the best one.

The apps works great and is very simple to use. For me in Germany it is critical to add deposits to bottles. The tax rate depends of the product that I'am selling. So it is great to see, that every fee is a new product and i can adjust the tax rate. The support is really friendly and quick responding, a bug that I experienced was fix within days!

The app solves the situation to charge bottle deposits super simple and logical. Especially in Germany, you are required to charge and display the deposit. The support helps with problems that arise and explain how to best integrate the app.
