This app DOES NOT WORK!!! Have spent countless hours and lost sooooo much revenue due to glitches and waiting for the support team overseas to actually get back to me, they acknowledged the ongoing issues and supposedly gave me 2 months credit for the subscription but I have continued to be charged at regular intervals for an app that doesn't even work!!!
DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY
We’re sorry this happened. Shopify confirmed a billing error on their end caused the charge. We applied your two-month credit on Oct 9 as promised, and Shopify has already emailed you (cc’ing us) to issue your refund. If any new issues have come up, we’re happy to help make things right.
You have to get the growth plan in order for it to work. When you are adding transaction fees the customer gets to delete them. When the customer adds more items the transaction fees do not get updated accordingly.
We've used this app since 2022 and it has been great until recently. The new update requires updates to permission. They previously only required access to two things: view the theme and edit products.
Now they want permission to view all customer information i.e. name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system, edit products, edit orders, edit store functions, and view location data. When we reached out to the app owners to find an alternative solution (as we are not comfortable giving access or permission to all of that information) the response was there is no alternative.
