It does what is described, there are some limitations but thats a shopify thing and not theirs. They are fairly quick to respond and explain what they can and cannot do which is greatly appreciated when Shopify support has fell so far.

I'm using the app to charge an extra packaging fee (for refrigerated products) and it does exactly what I expect it to do.

When I got stuck, customer support replied to my email almost instantly and helped me finishing setting it up.
Highly recommended!

This app works perfectly and has been of enormous help, I needed some assistance and Stephen helped out right away.

While I was setting things up, Magical Fees introduced a new feature to apply fees based on Shopify markets, which helped solving the case I was trying to handle.

Really happy with both the product and the service.
