Rechnung über fast 180 Euro erhalten, obwohl es nie wirklich funktioniert hat und ich es nicht benutzt habe. Würde die App nie wieder installieren und kann es leider auch nicht empfehlen. Passt auf wegen dem Abo, wollte nie ein Abo über so viel Geld abschließen für nichts.

Offensichtlich gibt es hier einige Missverständnisse, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir diese aufklären können.
Sie hatten eingangs unseren kostenlosen Rookie Tarif gebucht, haben dann aber zwei kostenpflichtige Zusatzfunktionen gebucht:

eBay Auto-Relisting
Wenn man diese aktiviert, öffnet sich ein Pop-up-Fenster, mit dem Hinweis, dass zum einen eine einmalige Einrichtungsgebühr von 30,- Euro anfällt und zum anderen, diese Funktionen mit einem Vertragswechsel einhergehen.
Nachdem Sie uns mitgeteilt haben, dass Sie das Abo nicht abschließen wollten, hat einer unserer Support-Mitarbeiter dies sofort der Buchhaltung mitgeteilt, damit die Rechnung storniert werden kann, und dies wurde Ihnen auch schriftlich bestätigt.
Sie schrieben auch: "obwohl es nie wirklich funktioniert hat und ich es nicht benutzt habe", bedauerlicherweise konnten wir diesbezüglich keine Kontaktaufnahme Ihrerseits feststellen bezüglich Ihrer Probleme mit dem Plug-in.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder als Kunden begrüßen zu dürfen, selbstverständlich auch mit einer erneuten kostenlosen Testphase, und auch mit einer kostenfreien Bildschirmschulung.

Super support. Unterstützen bei der Integration und das auch per TeamViewer falls mal nötig. Empfehlenswert!
We stumbled across magnalister as we were searching for ways to synchronize our stocks across market places, and we were surprised about what this tool has to offer. We're now also using functions such as the central product upload, attribute matching and automatic order status updates. When we had some problems with the initial setup we were assisted right away - thanks!!
We're using Magnalister for many years now and are very satisfied with the handling of occurring problems with different marketplaces. It's a cheaper solution to connect different marketplaces, not just as a feed option but also to synchronize orders into Shopify. Highly recommended!
We are selling products on several marketplaces at the same time and were looking for a more functional multichannel tool than the one we had been using before. Out of all solutions we tested (which were quite a few), magnalister was the only one that could really live up to our expectations.
Why? It is not the simplest of all tools, but definitely the most functional one and it was working reliably right from the start. We were able to simply match different product versions with the respective attributes for each marketplace and thereby saved a lot of time. Automatic order status updates are of great help for us as well. And when we had some issues with the initial price synchronization, their customer support was the most helpful one we have talked to in a while. Clear recommendation.
Ich arbeite seit Dezember 2021 mit Magnalister und bin absolut begeistert. Mit Magnalister ist es ganz einfach, meine Produkte über verschiedene Marktplätze zu verkaufen. Magnalister ist sehr gut verständlich, selbst, wenn man noch nicht so erfahren ist im Verkauf auf den Market Places. Fragen, ob technischer Art oder in der Anwendung werden umgehend innerhalb kürzester Zeit vom Support ausführlich und geduldig vollständig beantwortet und Trouble Tickets (wenn überhaupt erforderlich) werden schnell bearbeitet und gelöst. Die FAQ Sammlung hilft zusätzlich als Nachschlagewerk. Ich darf hervorheben, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin und Magnalister zu 100% empfehle.
As our business is strongly depending on international sales, magnalister is one of just a handful of essential applications for us. We have been using the tool for almost half a year now to manage our international marketplaces. We're absolutely happy with what we're getting for our money and surely wouldn't want to go back to managing each online store individually. Nach mehr als 10 Telefonaten mit dem Support bin ich sehr zufrieden, da eine Pro aktive und kompetent freundliche Beratung nahezu bei jedem Anruf der Fall war. Super für die Integration von Shopify zu Amazon. Toller Kundensupport, die auch immer telefonisch zu erreichen sind.
I have been using magnalister since my first online shop. At that time I built it with osCommerce. Now I switched to Shopify and I am happy that I can connect my new shop to Amazon and many other marketplaces! Absolute recommendation for magnalister. This has reduced my effort for processing the individual marketplaces and I can manage all marketplace sales and orders in my Shopify shop.
