Application très simple d 'utilisation ,ce que je recherchais...Connection a la Web shop qui se fait en temps réel ... c est parfait!
Remonté des commandes sur Shopify très rapide !
Un service technique et support très réactif et qui est toujours la pour aider.. Réponce aux tickets dans la journée et sous 24 heures !
A développer... des tutos détaiilés pour chaque market place.. une interface plus conviviale... et plus d intégrations sur les places de marché..
Application pour gérer les flux très bien faites..Je reconmmande fortement !
Super Service. Sehr hilfreiche Teams-Einführung am Anfang. Testzeit auch vorhanden. Sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Tickets, schnelle Fehlerbehebung. Hilfreiche FAQs auf der Seite. Ebenso super ist die Erklärung zu jedem Amazon-Feld und die Rechnungserstellung und Upload in Amazon von Magnalister direkt. Ein Stern Abzug für die Optik, könnte alles bisschen moderner und intuitiver sein, da ist die Konkurrenz besser. Allerdings funktioniert alles, wie es muss. Wenn man die Fehlercodes von Amazon ein mal verstanden hat, geht dann alles recht schnell. Und wenn nicht, gibt es immer den netten Kundenservice. Wir hatten Codisto probiert und waren überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Magnalister ist für uns perfekt. Für mittelständische Unternehmen absolut empfehlenswert.
Ich nutze Magnalisster nun über ein Jahr. Pro: -Die App macht was beschrieben steht und das zuverlässig, -Saas basiert und auch unterwegs aufrufbar Contra:
-Die App ist sehr teuer, 59€ netto inkl. 2 Marketplaces pro Monat
-Wenn man einen neuen Vertiebskanal hinzufügt kostet das extra + 20€ netto extra jeder weitere Marketplace, pro Monat
-Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten ist eindeutig zu lange und macht eigentlich keinen Sinn Fazit:
Beim listen nimmt die App Arbeit ab da hier im Bulk Produkte an Marktplätze übertragen werden können. Der Import von Bestellungen klappt gut, ebenso das Rückführen der Sendungsnummern. Für faule Leute die sich Arbeit sparen wollen beim listen daher gut. Für den Import der Bestellungen etc. gibt es sicher bessere und günstigere Alternativen
Magnalister ist eine gute App und bietet viele Funktionen. Nur allerdings muss man schon ein wenig technisch-versiert sein, sonst versteht man nicht alle Tools.
