I think there are times when mail connect is batch unsubscribing my email list. .. which is a huge issue.

We're confident that Mail Connect isn't the source of the issue, but we're determined to help troubleshoot the problem. I've reached out to you so we can help figure out what's going on. This can sometimes happen with an unintentional customer import on the Shopify or Mailchimp side.
