We have used this app for several years. Instead of becoming easier to use, we feel it is more confusing than ever. If there was another free app, we would be using it.

Frustrating. There needs to be a better description of what each of your apps DOES and DOES NOT do vs the MailChip full blown web tool. I had to do multiple web searches to discriminate the differences.

Upgraded to the top package which is expensive only been using it a couple of weeks and I have lost 3 days of business emails due broadcast functionality hanging when duplicating and editing broadcasts. I logged a ticket for help and no response yet so still cannot send broadcasts. They have about 3 hours left to give me support before I remove the app as I am not paying a monthly subscription for this poor level of support.
They said they fixed it and then it happened again about 8 hours later.
Has this app been tested?
Now I will remove the app.

65.00 a month!! For what?? Not happy with the charges or service. Want my money back. Please contact me and help take care of this problem! I did not agree to pay that much and that's not what the services offered say. You way overcharged us!

I used this and paid for a few weeks. Don't use this! There are much better options with way better pricing models. Don't use this especially if you don't have a paying customer base. They expect you to be able to fork over $30 a month even when you have 0 subscribers. That's if you want to use all the features that is. Even if you do have all the features, it is not a very intuitive interface. Long story short, just don't bother until they fix their pricing model. They should wait till you get a certain number of subscribers before you have to pay. Show you that they actually provide value to you before you pay.
Doesn't sync subscribers with MailChimp - even I follow all instructions on troubleshooting from the website.
Customer Support is not responsive.
