Mailchimp Forms: Capture Leads

I am not sure why they haven't gotten back to me after opening multiple support tickets. The software seems great, but the popup form isn't displayed on my site, even when I try via Incognito browser. I will update the review if I hear back from them!

I'm using this app to help my customers join our email list so that we can send coupons to them for their next purchases.

It's very clean and neat. I got subscribers on my website and it's not even that large. Hopefully more features are added soon.
