Loved it! so easy to use!! Im so glad this is free its the only app thats free but gives you all the essentials you need!

We appreciate the nice review you have left us. We offer several templates using which you can add an image as a background for the form. You can also add image within the body of the form.

Awesome service, and so far it seems that there are a ton of free features which I love. I can see myself upgrading to paid features before too long.
