I signed up for the free plan but were charged $ 15 from my account. I do not know why I have sent you many letters and I have not received a reply
Hi, I looked up your support history and I was not able to find any request sent in from your store. Can you please access your MailMunch account, click on Help button in the bottom right corner and create a support ticket with us from there. We would love to resolve any issues you might be facing.
I'm glad to see how easy it was to use. I connects to my Mailchimp account which is great! I look forward to seeing how well it gets integrated on our website.

Great. easy and intuitive interface and had first campaign up and running in no time. I would prefer the lists would sync with my Mailchimp account, but thats really the only downside.
poor, no customization in free plan
does not communicate with shopify store well. I pay for it every month but only get one template to choose from but it is the worst one. would rather have tried a different email.

So far it sounds goo but I'm just setting up my store and don't know yet how it will work... I'll tell you more later when I know a bit more...

Created everything 2 days ago and today they ask me to do it again !???very upset since I spent all day to set it up and now no banner and have to redo all over again
Unable to upload images. Support not working. Tried Chrome and Safari. Will check back and update later when fixed!
