We have used this app for several years. Instead of becoming easier to use, we feel it is more confusing than ever. If there was another free app, we would be using it.
It's very buggy. We were charged for USD130 (duplicate charges due to bugs) to get on both the lead capture pro and email marketing pro plans(total should be USD59). Service is absolutely terrible! Whenever there is an issue it takes forever to get through to support! There is no help over the phone either. you have to send an email and wait one day for each response to your question(s). Absolutely ridiculous!
