Really great app, easy and straight forward use. Used it to create pop up newsletter signup with a discount.

Very simple to integrate with MailChimp, quick to setup a sign up box, not fussy. What more could you want?

Love it! Easy and great features even on free version.
I like this app for forms and I find it pretty easy to navigate but I will not be using it because they do not yet have the option to make a form that includes an upload a pic option. If they had that I would be all in.

It was working at first, but it is SO SLOW. LIKE, I give up. It pops up but then.. after the email is entered nothing happens.
Must have App for any website!
