Great and simple app - especially the free version. Easy to set up pop-us to capture emails. Also works well to create forms within your website to gather extra data. Integrates really easily with lots of other mail-out services (however, would be even better if it created it's own mail-outs rather then needing to create an account with a different provider). Easy to manage all your forms/lists, but would be good to see more info then just emails (such as other data collected) within the lists without having to export the list. Would also be good to be able to create your own manual list to input emails/data you gather from elsewhere - just so you can keep all your data in the one place.
I keep trying to import a list of suscribers but csv file won't seem to work even by changing to semicolon format.
I have a long history, and great comfort, using the Mailchimp platform. So when the news came that they would be parting ways with Shopify, I (like so many) started the process of figuring out what to do next. Well, with MailMunch -- I didn't need to. Rather than starting from scratch with a new service, MailMunch allows me to keep all of my existing templates -- and more importantly, my knowledge base -- and acts as a perfect conduit for keeping things running seamlessly. I'm grateful for their offering, as it allows me to spend my energies elsewhere.

MailMunch offers Media Library feature where you can upload as many images as you want to be added to a form which can be used at a later stage with other forms as well. If you are facing issue with this, please create a support ticket with us and I would love to have this issue resolved for you.

Very easy to use, even for beginners!
I just set up my account and designed a pop-up and a landing page. It is user-friendly. I'm pretty satisfied so far.
I used this app to add a pop up newsletter sign up form to my website and to link it to my mail chimp list. I found the app to be easy and straight forward to use (no complicated coding!). My only grumble, is that when setting it up, the image of the pop up and some text boxes kept jumping about.
