didn't like gave something weird email address, looked very weird and spam one hour tried and deleted maybe it is only my experience. but better without it

Been trouble with sync and integration from day one. The support at MailChimp havent done anything to solve our trouble, been in contact with them daily. Wasted enough time to get help from MailChimp. Stay away!!

If you have the opportunity to use it, it is better to waste it.
Good luck trying to cancel the subscription. They will charge ridiculously things when you try and won't let you until you pay.

Could never get any help. Despite 2 "onboarding" calls (one of which I was told to call tech support for an emaill??? not!)
They charged me 4 times for 4 different things, despite repeated emails, uninstalling the app and deleting it.
NO ONE listened to the actual issue (which wasn't technical) and they won't delete the charges. So I'm notifying my Attorney General...
Maybe now you'll pay attention???????

Terrible customer service. Take days to respond to any issue and refuse to help a small business in anyway.
Charging me £120 for a month for a service I can’t use and they refuse to help.
Avoid and look at other alternatives, perhaps more customer service focussed.

In the prices listed on Shopify, it says that the price for the essential plan is $13 per month for up to 50,000 contacts. Once the app is installed, however, they ask for €345. Also, the app is very slow and the chatbot on their support site doesn't work... with what face do they ask for all this money?

I have multiple lists in mailchimp, and they do not integrate with shopify. Only one does. Not recommended, and has become extremely expensive.

I HATE the way Mailchimp is pushing to authenticate domain AFTER I did it!
Thank you for the information here. If the domain is already authenticated, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Cached data could cause certain alerts to show again.
Full of problems that the support team are unable to resolve.
