awesome support service. Dean was beyond helpful. After I was disconnected multiple times, Dean came back and guided me through app integration setup. Give this guy a raise
Their support team is amazing! Had a change of address and after speaking to so many experts, the Mailchimp support person Dean was the only one who stuck through 3 disconnects, sifted through two accounts and helped us resolve our issue. Just AMAZING! Thanks for the dedication and commitment to get it right!
I was struggling to integrate the app as we had two Mailchimp accounts competing to link to the same Shopify store. Lori was great and showed me how to disconnect one and set it all up correctly. Also loving the new in-depth interface!
Such a predatory pricing structure. Klaviyo's pricing was more upfront and honest, plus open rates DOUBLED. We've been with Mailchimp for 12 years, it's no longer king of email since it was acquired.
As far as assistance through the chat in Mailchimp, Dean was great. I did get lost for a minute in my many windows but was able to chat back up with Dean. They were able to sort out my question and assure me that I was well on my way.
Dean was not able to solve my problem, because it's probably not actually a Mailchimp thing after all, but he was persistent in trying, even after I accidentally disconnected the chat twice!
MailChimp makes it easy for small business owners like myself to craft professional, compelling email campaigns. And their live chat support is great, too. Rafael was very responsive and friendly!

I have had an awful experience with Mailchimp until I spoke with Troy. I had a 14 day trial and wanted to try out some specific features of the subscription. I had a tech call but the person wasn't able to help me and said it was passed on. I did try to explore more but was left with no resolve. I had account call, great guy but he couldn't help me with my concern, Days went by, I emailed and sent messages to no avail. I then finished my trial and was billed!!! Very disappointed I reached out AGAIN!!!
This time I got Troy, he was very helpful and patient. The issue was a complicated one and took 2 sessions to resolve it. he made himself available to me and provided me with as much information as possible to ensure the matter was sorted. If I got a new trial I would really reconsider using them long term. It could have been teething problems BUT it almost cost you a customer.
Rafael is a customer service rockstar! Very clear communication, and so patient in staying with me until our Shopify + Mailchimp integration was up and running again. Thank you Rafael!
