Mailchimp: Email & SMS

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a no brainer for us to upgrade to pro since our sync options are a bit more advanced. Well worth it because honestly, Shopify, Mailchimp and in our case, Salesforce, are not the greatest at helping us find solutions to the little glitches that all three keep blaming the other for.

I just downloaded this app and seems to be pretty good. Sync was super quick like minutes for my store. I look forward to using and seeing more of what this is about here. Thank you

We used this as an integration app for Mailchimp and we had no issues with it as of now. Happy this app exists so we can keep using Shopify and Mailchimp.

Simple and easy to follow. Not sure if this is partner of Mailchimp. Mailchimp has significantly increased their pricing plans and so i am thinking of switching to Klaviyo. Initially i was with MC because it was decent price but not so much anymore and Klaviyo has more to offer. ShopSync itself is just a connection app so simple and straightforward to use

I used this app to assign some existing products to Amazon along with listing some new ones. Intuitive to use and when I encountered an issue with the theme. The support team were absolutely on in without delay as for a couple of other occasions where I had queries which were mainly due to my lack of techie knowledge - thank you team for being so helpful. About to upgrade to the next level

Edited to add that I've been using ShopSync for years now and it's terrific! I've been using ShopSync since MailChimp and Shopify decided to go their separate ways. This app does what it says on the tin: synchronizes with MailChimp. I had some technical questions and reached out for help. The team provided great service and I'm on a free plan! I highly recommend this app.

It works. I'm glad that Mailchimp has a spine and wouldn't give in to Dark Lord. Apparently when companies get big and rich, it's never enough.

Easy to set up (and trust me, I've had issues with other Shopify integrations) and I'm excited to use it!
