I'm bleeding subscribers! My subscribers, some of them my best customers, are being switched from "subscribed" to "non-subscribed", and apparently there's nothing you can do about it! I'm going to have to switch to a different email provider after 9 years with MailChimp.

GREAT AT ADVERTISING THEMSELVES _ TERRIBLE FOR ADVERTISING YOUR BRAND. They upcharge you for nothing, and dont do anything that the free shopify tools grant you. Absolute trash of an app and the developers clearly this is their first API.

Used Mailchimp for years. It's expensive but very helpful. With the ability to sync the users' activities on the website, it help to tag and classify users more effectively and accurately.

I’m saving so much time by using the Shopify/mailchimp integration! There’s no entering twice or export/import to do. I can concentratee on setting up customers as they come and know they will receive our e lasts!

Not synching and we are having to do a ton of stuff manually since the platforms aren't 'talking' to each other.

Terrible - it schedules some emails, but not others. Doesn't send the scheduled ones when they're required and also sends abandon carts emails when the customer has already made a purchase, despite all the flows being set up correctly. Would NOT recommend it.

I have multiple lists in mailchimp, and they do not integrate with shopify. Only one does. Not recommended, and has become extremely expensive.

The app doesn't sync store data properly. Customer support said: "Just to be transparent, Because this is a 3rd party integration and was not built by Mailchimp, my troubleshooting abilities and knowledge will be limited." Are you serious Mailchimp? Remove this app from the store then.

its Sync option and chat support is very poor i was stuck at sync and got chat support there software has not solution. Shopify mail is much easier than mailchimp and other e mail marketing app
