Nadz was very quick to respond to me and provided very detailed instructions on how to get the app working properly. I truly appreciate ease of resolving a syncing issue with my store. Mailchimp itself is a great app. Take your time installing it and reading all the instructions, but even if you do come across any issues, support has been amazing.

I was having trouble with my Mailchimp integration. Revenue wasn’t being recorded correctly, and my email manager was running into issues while trying to work with segments and integrations.

I reached out to Mailchimp support through the app and was connected with an integration specialist named Mary. She was incredibly helpful and quickly identified that our integration wasn’t set up properly. She guided us through disconnecting and reconnecting the app, and that fixed everything.

Everything is now working as it should. Really appreciate the quick and knowledgeable support.

I had a really helpful support session with Nadz while setting up SMS sync between Shopify and Mailchimp.

I was confused about why my SMS subscribers weren’t appearing in Mailchimp, even though they were opted in within Shopify. Nadz clearly explained how SMS consent works, why the sync wasn’t happening automatically, and the difference between phone numbers and actual SMS-marketing consent inside Mailchimp. She walked me through the correct process and clarified how to properly collect opt-ins using Mailchimp SMS forms.

What I appreciated most was her patience and clarity. She answered all my follow-up questions (even the ones I thought were silly!) without making things complicated. She made a slightly technical issue feel straightforward and manageable.

hands on and helpful team - did an orientation that made it easy to get started with all the things i wanted to implement. and when i was confused about something, they have very helpful ~real humans~ to chat with you and troubleshoot. Marz stayed on the chat with me for an hour and a half and reconnected when i got booted out by my browser a couple times. and at the end sent a full transcript of our chat. love the level of service and accountability.

Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.
